What can I expect?

Schedule an initial evaluation on the calendar below and one of our dietitian nutritionists will meet with you right after our tech performs your DEXA SCAN to perform METABOLISM TESTING along with a nutrition evaluation. At this time they will explain your DEXA and metabolism results, listen to your weight loss and body fat goals and understand your lifestyle so they can recommend the best weight loss program for you. Each of the 2 programs will be tailored to your needs and are explained in e-book formats featuring meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, and food exchanges including vegetarian and gluten-free options. You learn healthy eating habits and will get 100% of your vitamins and minerals in on all of our programs. In addition to meeting with you in the office or virtually 2 more times after this initial visit. After 8 weeks we recommend you repeat the DEXA Scan to measure your success.

Your dietitian nutritionist may then recommend one of our 2 weight loss systems, and you can order the food and program guide for the 8 WEEK JUMP START WEIGHT & FAT LOSS TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM or the food and program guide for the 8 WEEK WEIGHT LOSS & HEALTHY HABITS PROGRAM. If you wish to receive one of our other weight management ebooks, please message us when you order and we will send it at no charge.  
  1. You dietitian nutritionist will recommend you contact our office to schedule 3 more nutrition visits with one of our dietitian nutritionists. A second DEXA SCAN will be performed at the end of the 8 weeks.
