Mental Health Counseling

Mental health counseling can be for individuals, couples, families, and small groups. You can schedule an initial mental health counseling session at one of our office locations or meet with your licensed mental health therapist through our secure HIPPA compliant virtual telehealth system with your computer, smart tablet, or phone.

What to expect:

After your first two 50-minute initial mental health counseling office or virtual visits, your licensed mental health therapist will evaluate your condition(s), develop an appropriate treatment plan, and recommend 50-minute therapy counseling follow–up sessions to work on your treatment.

Insurance coverage and rates:

Our mental health therapists are in-network with United Healthcare, BCBS, and Aetna. Now, most insurance companies offer mental health benefits. If you have insurance benefits for mental health and you have met your deductible, you will only need to pay your co-pay at the time of the session, if you have one. For more information about your insurance benefits, please visit our insurance and billing page.

Self – Pay Rates

If you do not have insurance for mental health therapy, we will give you a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • 50-minute mental health counseling initial assessment ……………..$200
  • 50-minute mental health counseling follow-up sessions……………..$150

How do I get started?
