Mental Health Therapy
Mental health therapy can be for individuals, couples and families. You can schedule an initial mental health counseling session at one of our office locations or meet with your licensed mental health therapist through our secure HIPPA compliant virtual telehealth system with your computer, smart tablet, or phone.
What to expect:
After your first two 50-minute initial mental health counseling office or virtual visits, your licensed mental health therapist will evaluate your condition(s), develop an appropriate treatment plan, and recommend 50-minute therapy counseling follow–up sessions to work on your treatment.
Insurance coverage and rates:
All of our mental health therapists are in-network with BCBS and some with United Healthcare. Most insurance companies offer mental health benefits. If you have insurance benefits for mental health and you have met your deductible, you will only need to pay your co-pay at the time of the session, if you have one.
Self – Pay Rates
If you do not have insurance for mental health therapy, we will give you a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

How do I get started?
Contact us and one of our reception team members will help you get scheduled with a therapist that meets your needs. Our reception team answers our phones between 7AM and 4:30 PM. Due to our heavy call volume if you have a hard time getting through you can either leave a message and they will get back with you same day before 4:30 PM or schedule a time to talk with us on our reception intake calendar.
