Please contact us to schedule an appointment in one of our office locations or a virtual telehealth counseling visit or for more information about our programs.
Our mental health therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists and dietitian nutritionists work out of different offices and have different hours with appointments available between 7AM and 9PM Monday thru Saturday. Our receptionists are available to schedule your mental health therapy counseling, nutrition counseling, nutrition testing, psychological evaluation or psychiatric medication management appointment from 8:00-5:00 Monday thru Friday. If you call outside these hours, please leave a message and one of our receptionists will call you back the next business day. We also offer an online calendar to schedule your own appointments with our licensed psychiatrist for medication management, and our registered dietitians for DEXA precise body fat and bone density testing, weight loss coaching and micronutrient testing.
Telehealth Patient Appointments:
When you schedule an appointment, our receptionists will ask you to send a photo copy of the front and back of your driver’s license and insurance card and send to appointments@washnutrition.com so we can verify your benefits before your appointment. If your provider does not see these cards on file, they will ask you to send them to our receptionist before the appointment.
- Please fill out the patient registration forms online and submit them before your appointment. If your mental health or nutrition provider does not see these forms on file they will ask you to fill them out and submit them before the appointment.
- We will collect your credit card for your co-pay at the same day of your appointment. We do take flex spending cards, so if you have a health flex spending card please let your provider know. If your provider does not take your co-pay at the time of your appointment your credit card on file will be charged.
- Our receptionist will ask for your credit card which we will hold on file in our secure encrypted system so no one can see the card number for outstanding co-pays, deductibles or no – show fees that were not collected for one reason or another at the time of your appointment. If we need to charge this card you will receive a notification when your card is charged.
- You can check your appointment dates and times and payment balance and pay any outstanding balances using our patient portal. Please note we update your payment balance including co-pays paid when your insurance EOB for your visit is processed, which can take 1 week to 1 month. For more information on how to use this portal please contact us.

No Show Policy:
Please most of our providers are in demand with a patient waiting list, so it is important that we stay on schedule do not keep other patients waiting. Our appointments are scheduled in 15, 30 or 60 minute slots depending on the type of service. Therefore, if you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, your provider may not be able to see you or may not be able to extend your appointment time. Also, there is a no-show fee that will be charged for no shows which is $100 for mental health therapy services, $100 for initial nutrition therapy, and $50 for follow-up nutrition therapy visits. You can reschedule your appointment with your provider on availability.
