Brooke is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, licensed in Maryland, and is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She has a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration both earned at the University of Maryland, College Park.  Brooke completed her Dietetics Internship at the University of Maryland Medical System in Baltimore.  She worked at Medstar Washington Hospital Center as a Clinical Nutrition Specialist responsible for a surgical intensive care unit, cardiac surgery floor, and a medical/geriatric floor. She was the designated Heart Transplant Dietitian responsible for assessing patients on an inpatient and outpatient basis both pre and post-transplant. She has also worked at Medstar Montgomery General Hospital as a clinical dietitian following patients in all patient areas of the hospital.

Brooke has a passion for nutrition and helping her clients reach their nutrition goals in a healthy, well-balanced way.  She endeavors to help people establish their own finest version of health and wellbeing using a practical and positive approach. She has completed the Monash University “Low FODMAP diet for IBS” online training course for health professionals in November 2020.  She continues to learn and grow in her dietetic practice by regularly attending nutritional conferences and online continuing education courses.
