New Patients
Use the scheduling tool below to book directly with any of our providers. When scheduling, please make sure to choose the correct appointment type, indicate the state you will be physically located in at the time of your appointment, and enter your insurance information so we can verify your benefits.

New Patients Reschedule
If you wish to change your appointment time, please call or text us at 703-552-2722 and let us know the time and date you wish to move your appointment. You can view your provider’s availability on the online schedule below.

Existing Psychiatry Patients
Existing psychiatry patients are seen every 1-3 months, depending on the amount of time and type of medication prescribed. Medication is only filled with an appointment. It is important you are on your psychiatry providers’ schedule monthly for controlled medications or every 75 days to receive refills on time. If you are already an established psychiatry patient, you may book on this online schedule or log into the Patient Portal to schedule your follow‑up appointment(s). We recommend scheduling your appointments for the next 6 months if you are on a regular medication schedule.

Existing Therapy Patients
Therapy patients are usually seen in weekly time slots determined with their provider. If you need to cancel or reschedule please contact your provider. If you are having trouble reaching your provider please contact us at 703-552-2722.

Existing Nutrition and Weight Loss Patients
Nutrition patients seeing a dietitian can reschedule on their patient portal or call or text us at 703-552-2722. Weight Loss Patients on medication seeing a weight loss provider can text us at 703-337-3483

Scheduling Tips
When you schedule your appointment on-line please have your insurance card ready to upload and your license. If not collected during the scheduling process, we will send you a credit card authorization form.
