400 Calorie Low FODMAP Breakfast: Egg Wrap
Scrambled Egg Wrap
1 large brown rice tortilla
1/2 cup baby spinach, roughly chopped
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1 tsp butter
1 cup unsweetened rice milk
1. Heat a small skillet over medium high heat. Melt butter in pan then scramble. Remove from pan when cooked and place in tortilla. Top with spinach and wrap.
2. Serve with strawberries and milk. Enjoy!
