300 Calorie Quick Fix Breakfast: Oats and Yogurt
1/4 cup dry oats
**Note: if making gluten-free, check container to ensure gluten-free oats**
6 oz plain, fat-free Greek yogurt
3/4 cup frozen peaches
4 walnut halves, chopped
1. Place dry oats, peaches, and chopped walnuts in a microwave-safe bowl. Add 1/2 cup water and cook for about 1 minute, or until desired consistency is reached and peaches have warmed.
2. Remove from microwave and serve with 6 oz Greek yogurt.
