Micronutrient Testing

Micronutrient testing is an innovative assessment of your nutritional status; 33 vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants. If you are deficient in any one vitamin or mineral this can affect macronutrient absorption and problems processing other vitamins and minerals which can lead to a variety of issues such as; hair loss, skin issues, disease, low immunity, muscle spasms, cancer, anxiety, weight gain and many other minor and debilitating health issues. At your initial nutrition assessment we may recommend general supplements for overall health based on your eating habits and lifestyle and other blood work performed at you physician office. We will only recommend a specific supplement regimen if we know your specific vitamin and mineral levels which can only be determined with your micronutrient test results.
