Dr. Melinda Williams-Gray is a licensed clinical psychologist in the District of Columbia and Maryland. She attained her doctorate in counseling psychology in 2014 from Howard University in Washington, DC. Her previous clinical experiences include time with the DC VA Medical Center, the Psychiatric Institute of Washington, DC Superior Courts as well as college counseling centers (e.g., George Washington University, Georgia State University, Howard University). For the past 6 years, she has worked as a Behavioral Health Consultant in the Family Health Clinic at the Malcolm Grow Medical Center located on Joint Base Andrews serving active duty, retirees, and dependents. Her passion is working with ethnic minorities specifically women of coloring in reducing mental health stigma and encouraging mental health as a part of overall health. As a Christian, she enjoys providing hope and working collaboratively with others to bring them closer to their values and strengths.
