Jay Won has over 23 years of experience as a nurse practitioner, starting in Allergy/Immunology and transitioning to concierge Endocrinology and Medically Managed Weight Loss in 2002. In 2005, Jay Won picked up Aesthetics and enjoys partnering with patients to achieve an ideal state of physical and emotional wellness. In 2014, Jay Won returned to full-time academic Endocrinology and fine-tuned her skills in Ideal Hormone Management and the interconnection to sustained weight loss and improved quality of life. As a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and a member of the American Association of Diabetes Educators, Toni is devoted to supporting and promoting self management of many metabolic disorders. Her passion is teaching patients/clients how to manage their diabetes and obesity with sustainable outcomes.

Kristen spent 5 years in the hospital setting caring for premature infants in a level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
