Currently serving as a Program Manager at SOME (So Others Might Eat) in Washington, D.C., Andre oversees daily operations, leads staff, and ensures families receive the resources and support needed to reach their goals. His previous roles, including Program Manager at Pathways to Housing DC and Director of Rapid Rehousing at Roof Above, have strengthened his expertise in case management, crisis intervention, and community outreach.
