300 Calorie Vegan Burger Dinner
This NuWeights recipe helps our vegan followers have a well-rounded, “burger”-style dinner.
4 Boca® Vegan Veggie Burgers
4 slices of Ezekiel Sprouted Whole Grain bread
4 ¼-inch thick tomato slices
4 ¼-inch thick red onion slices
4 leaves romaine lettuce
8 slices dill pickle
1 small avocado – sliced into 8 slices
2 cups chopped broccoli florets, raw
1 tsp Original Blend Mrs. Dash
1. Steam broccoli on stovetop or in microwave. When broccoli is tender and bright green, transfer to separate bowl and toss with Mrs. Dash.
2. Heat vegan burgers according to package directions.
3. Arrange 1 leaf lettuce on each slice bread. Add burger, two avocado slices, 1 slice of fresh red onion, a slice of tomato, & two pickles.
4. Serve with ½ cup of steamed broccoli.
