400 Calorie Low FODMAP Breakfast: Hot Cereal
Hot Cereal and Egg
1/4 cup dry buckwheat hot cereal
1/2 cup blueberries
6 oz lactose-free plain, low-fat yogurt
1 hardboiled egg
1. Place dry buckwheat cereal in a microwave-safe bowl with 1/2 cup water. Microwave until desired consistency is reached.
2. Stir blueberries and almonds into yogurt. Serve with hot cereal and a hardboiled egg.
