At your first personal training session, we will spend an hour discussing your fitness goals and we will ask you to perform a few exercises. This will help us design an effective cardiovascular, strength and flexibility program to fit your unique lifestyle and needs.
Do not worry if you do not have exercise equipment. We will bring all that you need for an effective workout. This includes dumbbells, stability balls, medicine balls, tubing, balance equipment and other portable gear. If you have a certain type of equipment you prefer to use, we can work it into your personal training program.
